With over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, Tricia Matsukawa brings a blend of heart, heritage, and hands-on expertise. A proud graduate of Iolani School and the University of Washington, she earned her Master’s in Education from Chaminade University and began her career as an elementary school teacher.
She later joined the family business—founded by her grandparents in 1936—becoming the third generation to serve its loyal clients. Tricia’s natural ability to connect with people and explain complex topics clearly made for a seamless transition into insurance. Whether helping clients with home, auto, or business coverage, she finds fulfillment in guiding others through life’s big milestones with confidence and care.
Outside of work, Tricia enjoys discovering new foods, trying out recipes in her kitchen, golfing, and spending time with her husband and extended family. Most of all, she cherishes time with her baby daughter.
Tricia’s commitment to personalized service and lasting relationships reflects the values she holds dear—putting people first, earning trust, and making sure each client feels truly supported every step of the way.
