We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Administrative & Claims Processing Specialist. This unique hybrid position blends core administrative responsibilities with hands-on claims processing work, offering the right candidate a dynamic role that supports both internal operations and client servicing. The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating between front-office administrative tasks and back-office claims functions, ensuring smooth workflow, timely communication, and accurate claims support. This role is critical to maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in claims handling, insurance, or related field preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with accuracy
  • Comfortable working with confidential or sensitive information
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
