At Business Insurance Services, we recognize that the true value of an insurance contract is determined when a loss occurs. For this reason, our claims department is dedicated to assisting clients in preparing, processing and expediting claims. On an ongoing basis, loss reserves are reviewed so that they may be reduced whenever possible, avoiding the higher premiums that result from overstated loss reserves.
